Shipping Information

We use Royal Mail to despatch your beautiful lingerie both within the UK and internationally. All deliveries are tracked and some may require a signature upon receipt of the delivery to ensure your lingerie arrives in perfect condition.

Once the order is despatched we will email you to let you know and provide the tracking number, so you can keep updated with its progress across the globe. All orders are despatched within 5 working days.

 UK - Postage is free for all UK orders over £110.

Postage is £4.20 for all UK orders under £110.

Delivery times vary but should not take longer than 1-2 working days from when it is sent.

Europe - Postage is free for all European orders over £250.

Postage is £20 for all EU orders under £150.

Delivery times vary but should not take longer than 2-7 working days from when it is sent.

 

Rest of the World - Postage is free for all international orders over £250.

Postage is £30 for all orders outside Europe under £250

Delivery times vary but should not take longer than 3-10 working days from when it is sent.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We also fully understand that a bra must both fit perfectly and look great. So with that in mind, you may return any item within 30 days of purchase - no questions asked and receive a full refund. We do NOT charge restocking or admin fees.

Returns/Refunds

1. Email Vanillafudge@sky.com informing us that you wish to return your order.

2. We do not accept returns after 30 days from shipping date. For Christmas gifts purchased during December onwards, the returns period is extended to 45 days.

3. For a return/refund:-

  • The lingerie must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with its labels still on and never been worn. Any product returned that has been damaged or washed will not be refunded or exchanged.

  • When trying on your purchase please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with them. Please also make sure that bottoms are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.

4. Your refund will be processed immediately once we have received your returned item in store. We will credit your account using the payment method chosen when purchasing.

5. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 19,Gillbent Road, Cheadle Hulme, Stockport ,Cheshire Sk8 7LE, UK. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges 

For exchanges, simply email us the item you wish to exchange your return for. We will notify you by email of the availability of the new item, and of any balance to refund/pay before any order is made.

Cancelling  an Order

Please contact us soon as possible. If your order is not yet shipped we will immediately refund your payment. If we have shipped we will refund your payment as soon as the lingerie is received back in store.
